Where Is It? The ICBDA Convention in 2025 will be held at the Holiday Inn/Northwest Arkansas Convention Center, 1500 South 48th St. Springdale, AR 72762 ( Hotel Information). As usual, we will have three halls that will encompass phase 3 through 6 dancing on our signature floating wood floors.
Staying at the Host Hotel: ICBDA has negotiated a reduced room rate of $129.95 per night plus tax at the Holiday Inn. Make reservations before June 8, 2025, to received the guaranteed room rate. You can book your reservations online with the following link: Hotel Reservation Link
If you would rather call to book your reservation, you can reach the front desk team by dialing 479-751-8300 and selecting option 0. This will route you to the front desk. Then you will just need to provide the group name or block code: BDA to have your reservation created.
Important Note: By staying at the host hotel, you will not only get a good room rate, but you are also defraying the rental cost of the dance halls. Dancers staying elsewhere will pay an additional $100 ballroom fee ($50 for singles) to help offset their share of the ballroom cost.
Getting There: The closest airport is the Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA) which offers many nonstop flights from the East Coast and the West Coast. The Northwest Arkansas National Airport offers service from 6 airlines: Allegiant, American, Breeze, Delta, Frontier and United. The airport is located a short distance from the hotel (12 miles). Rental Cars are available at the airport or you can catch an Uber/Lyft to the hotel.
What About Parking? Parking at the Holiday Inn is free.
Note that the Hotel/Convention Center does not allow overnight RV parking.
